Vixen To Be A Series Regular In Legends of Tomorrow Season 2

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow is adding a new member, a popular character who first appeared in Arrow last season… but not with the same actress. (Boo!)
TV Insider has revealed that Vixen will be a series regular on Legends Season 2 but it will NOT be Megalyn E.K. who played the role in the CW Seed animated series and in the Arrow episode “Taken.” Apparently, the in-demand Megalyn is entertaining some movie possibilities.
Thankfully, Legends is a time-travel show, so the Vixen we will be getting is “an earlier version of the character who may or may not share some sort of historical tie to Miss McCabe.”
Please say she’s from the 80’s with a mullet. Kidding.
In any event, casting is currently underway. Legends of Tomorrow Season 2 will air Thursdays this Fall on The CW.
