Legends of Tomorrow: Wentworth Miller (Captain Cold) Returns in Episode 100

Original DC’s Legends of Tomorrow cast member Wentworth Miller is returning as Leonard Snart a.k.a. Captain Cold for the series’ 100th episode which airs on October 27.
TVLine broke the news of Miller’s return earlier today, revealing that the premiere revisits past seasons of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow through Gideon (Amy Louise Pemberton).
“The whole episode really is predicated on memory and Gideon’s memory,” executive producer Phil Klemmer told TVLine. “It occurred to us, in being forced to do a retrospective of 100 episodes, that Gideon, really, is the only person who saw everything. Obviously, Sara Lance has been there from the very beginning, but she’s just a person. There were things that she missed. And so, we were really excited about going back through the seasons and sort of tracking the evolution of the show and doing that through Gideon’s eyes.”
More “special guest stars” are expected for Episode 100, so stay tuned… Klemmer also hints that the newest generation of Legends might be able to meet “some of the original gang.”
